Our standard programme offered is 8 x 50 minute sessions, during which the following topics may be explored:

Of course,  your ADHD coach will tailor your session based on your specific needs and wishes.

Pricing

The standard 8 x 50 minute coaching programme is priced at £500. This includes contact between sessions, all resources, as well as any support needed post-programme.

The Department for Work and Pensions currently provides grant funding for support in the workplace for those with a physical or mental health condition or disability.
